someone who wakes up early, exercises before breakfast, works all day, eats their main meal quite early, has a relaxed evening and sleeps early.

both eat small consecutive meals through-out the day and have a relatively active job.

The latter description is probably a little better, but overall, neither sounds bad.

The second one because any exercise that is done before breakfast automatically burns stored glucose and stored fat. This person is also digesting all their food before going to bed thus increasing their metabolic rate.
