Yes, it's called premature ejaculation.
It seeps out prior to climax.
Nothing can prevent this - unless you don't have sex.

Do more research to have more knowledge and find what's best for you.

Good luck!

It only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg. A man releases small amounts (some more than others) of semen throughout the sex act. Each wee drip contains thousands of sperm. If you are near your ovulation you could easily get pregnant. The pull out method only reduces the chance of pregnancy, it doesn't eliminate it. I remember reading reading in a list of popular birth control methods that the simple pull out was only like 35% effective. Not very good numbers if you really don't want to get pregnant. I'd suggest you research other methods if you are not ready to be a mother.

Good Luck.

No but it is not a hundred percent safe because men secrete a fluid before he ejaculates that may contain active sperms so there is a possibility that she might get pregnant. If you are going to have a second round after he pulls out make sure the guy washes of his penis and pass some urine so as to wash out the remaining sperms that may be lingering, since they pass semen and urine through the same tube. so be very careful but the safest way to avoid pregnancy is by using a condom

Honey there are so many other things that can come from unprotected sex besides a baby. And they can last just as long as child support. Don't be naiive or for lack of a better word..stupid. Always use protection. If the first condom doesn't work try something different.

Yes, she absolutely can become pregnant, get any STD he has, etc. The "pull out" method is probably the worst birth control and/or disease prevention method there is (with regard to sex).

If the two of you don't want to become pregnant, and aren't going to use a reliable form of birth control, you have no business having sex.

Yes, there is a chance of premature ejaculation...and this happens to 80% of males...plus, sometimes the guy can pull out too late and then it's already too late. Be safe...use contraceptives. I mean, can you really trust that the guy will pull out on time? Think about it...one mistake can change your whole life, and if you are not prepared to deal with the consequences of having an 'accidental' child, BE SAFE. Your life will change dramatically with one little mistake!

Yes, so don't be a fool, use protection. If you don't want a condom and you are positive your partner is HIV-, then have at it with a spermicide. Just remember that there are stronger strains of STDs out there now that are resistant to penicillin and tetracycline.
