Minimum 7 hours maximum 10 hours.
We are all individuals and each one needs the sleep according to their habits but 10 hour is absolutely maximum, on the other hand some people can function very well with 6 to even 4 hours of sleep.

minimum six hours of sleep is required for age groups 13-18....as the age increases number of sleeping hours also decreases..but when you are in ur late 30's and after that minimum sleeping hours are 7...rest it depends on the type of work and the stress conditions you are exposed to daily!

hey sweety....girl of your age should not sleep at all....they should always cherise their dreams, their fancies....kiddin...in today's world 8 hr. sleep is sufficient.
