do those firming lotions actually work? I have a little cellulite forming on the back of my legs and butt...if the lotions dont work...what gets rid of it then?

NO! They dont work at all, waste of money. The best way to try and get rid of most of it, is to eat right, drinks lots of water and exercise. It that fails then lipo is the only way out of that. No lotion is going to get rid of layers undernear the skin.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
