GIve me few tips also how to stick to these diets.Thank you

4 Kgs is around 8 lbs, and you should aim at loosing only 1 lb a week if you want to keep it out of your system. Any crash diet will come back crashing into you, and you may end up with more than you lost in the end. Is it worth it? NO!!
You should have started earlier, not a week from the event you want to attend. Tough, but true.

one week to lose 4 kg is almost out of the question.but u can try ur luck by jogging till sweat n tired everyday,eat less carbohydrate food,no eggs n meat,only green veggies n fresh fruits,drink only plain water no tea n coffee.no supper b4 sleep n a light breakfast only.hopefully u got it in time.good luck.
