This is my final try to find something that will cure my bum. I got kicked up the backside by a girl called Katie 5 days ago. The pain is still unbearable and the bruise has actually got bigger. The worst thing is she recorded the kick on her mobile phone and shes shown all her friends. I just found this out. Shall i see my doctor? I think she has seriously damaged a bone or muscle in my bum. All her friends are sending me texts taking the mickey. I`m a model and i can hardly walk because it hhurts so much. Please help.

If its been 5 days and it still hurts a lot then I think a visit to the doctors would be advisable.

Go see your physician. The Gluteus Maximus (muscle in your bum) is a large muscle and a large hematoma can form there with an injury. It also takes a long while to absorb. Baseball players sometimes get this injury sliding into base.
The part about the recording on the cell phone speaks of something more about your friend. Find a new friend!

Hang upside down from a bar at your knees, this might help get it back in place. As far as the bruise can't answer that one. Try a steak on it, it works for eyes.
Go to a chiropractor, get an adjustment.
If your worried about the bruise showing cover it up with makeup.

well maybe you should put a cold pack then switch to a hot pack.
you know , put it on you bum. try some pain killers like aleve or Advil, unless you can't take aspirin. the bruise will leave with time. If you feel its really bad go see a doctor

You might have actually broken your coxic bone! However, whether you have or you haven't, there isn't really a lot you can do about it. If the pain is still persisting, I'd recommend that you go see your GP. You might also consider getting some new freinds at the same time!
