I've been working out at the gym in the morning but I'm looking for something fun I can do in the evening to exercise. Personal stories would be great as well. If you could tell me what video you use, how often, how much weight you lost, and how long it took you. Thank you for your help!

I'm doing winsor pilates videos everynigth on the bed, they are addictive. I've been doing them for two months , i started out at 118, 5'3, not im 112. My legs are really toned from the buns and thighs video.

my best advice... dance dance revolution, the plug and play one. it is like $10 bucks at meritline.com, and another 10 for shipping. you can even play pinball with your feet on it. you will be working out and moving while having fun.. i got is friday, and haven't even turned on my regular tv since
