Try a breakfast with some complex carbs. Replace white toast or bagels with whole grain breads. You can find frozen whole grain pancakes and waffles available everywhere now. An egg or two with some toast in the morning really helps me wake up. I drink it with orange juice and when I have time, such as on weekends, I eat some fruit as well.

I eat bacon and egg sandwich everyday. It keeps me thin and active. You need carbs to keep you going. If thats not healthy to you then I would eat frosted mini wheats. I like those too. Its good for you and the light frosting will boost your energy.
