My daughter is 5..and since i can remember she has always had these tiny little skin bumps on the back of her arms..(which i know that can be common in lots of ppl) but they are colorless and don't ever itch and they are also on the back of her thighs...i just wonder if theres something causing this because it seems to be alot of them..and i try rubbing lotion on her thinking maybe its overly dry skin but they are still there. i made a doctor appt for this and havent been yet..Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas? Thanks =)

Did you guys ever think it could be an allergic reaction to your bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners? Try using goats milk soap, unscented and see if that helps. Also ditch chemical shampoos and conditioners for organic ones. Initially, these things are little bit more expensive but they last a lot longer and the health benefits are amazing. For starters they dont contain any of the chemical additives that commercial bathing products do and hence don't strip the acid mantle of your skin. For relief of itchiness try putting 1/2 vinegar into a bathtub and soaking in it for 15 minutes. This will restore the ph balance to your skin and leave you feeling refreshed and itch free. Not only that, your rashes and other skin conditions will clear up !!

Quite a few people get these, and if it is what I think it is, it's not serious. When your skin is constantly rubbed by materials usually you hair protects it from wear and chaffing. The hair on the back of your arms is fine and on the back of your thighs it's very fine, and material like clothing and bedsheets woredown the hair to the pore, making a little bump. It's not bad but if you want help it a little you can use an exfioliant or a soft sugar scrub. Remember that skin is delicate even though the first layer is dead.

ive always had them too. I have them all over me and always have and always will. its normal and there is nothing you can do about it. your wasting ur time going to the doctor but if it makes u feel better then go. they will never go away and are there to stay. Its called a sandpaper rash (thats what my doctor said) and no way to get rid of it. I am 24 now and nobody can even tell unless they rub my leg or something, its rougher than usual

Me and my son both have it, its a form of eczema. Good lotion after bath time will help lots.
