every bit of food has good and bad, apart from fresh home grown organic fruit and veg, if it has less faty it usually has more sugar content, if it has less sugar it usually has more fat etc, we cant win.

If you listen to everything, all the do's and dont's of food, you would starve to death because you would be frightened to eat anything.
