yes.
eat lots of fruits and veggies and lots of water. try adding strength training with running to literally melt the fat off (it won't be bulky)

If you are going to be running and not eating meat make sure your diet is protein rich. One way to do that is make sure you eat a lot of lugumes such as beans adding a wheat product such as bread makes a protein. This way you are not losing muscle but fat. The secret to losing 10 pounds is to really limit your intake of calories while still feeling full. For instance a serving of chocolate pudding doesnt fill you up much but for the same calories you can eat two cups of grapes and feel full. (note: a serving of chocolate pudding is 1/2 cup). At meals use a smaller plate. This may sound goofy but your eye sees a full plate and that's good psychologically

I think you could I myself am a vegetarian and I lost 25 and went from 140 to 115 pounds w/ out even exercising over about a year (I wasn't really keeping track lol) I don't drink milk or soda either. But I think if you drooped meat and exercised you could definitely do it in that amount of time

Make sure you get enough protien. Several veggies are high in it.

1 pound is 3500 calories. So, you'd need to reduce your caloric intake, or increase your caloric output by 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound.

I think I did the math right.

be careful when you stop meats completely, your body will get used to not having those enzymes so when you start eating meat again it will actually make you sick. Start decreasing your meats slowly and when you reindroduce the meat you want to start gradually again.
Ohh, make sure to take pleanty of vitamins to replace what your loosing
