yes! vitamin A has been shown to be hepatotoxic!
stay away from vitamins containing iron as well as food sources.
a diet low in protein from meats is a plus as well as no alcohol, low or no sodium and do not utilize artificial sweetners.
if you have to have something sweet, use Stevia, found at GNC-it is sweet, but not sugar-derived from a root plant normally grown in europian countries.

as for treatment? have you tried antiviral chemotherapy?

if so and you didnt respond, they are having a higher sustained viral response (cure, YES, cure!) with those who have done case studies involving infergon.

no not really hepatitis only relates to liver disease.
