Hey, if U can't afford it, don't feel guilty about it.
Get him something from the heart, like a paperweight globe (miniature globe) and tell him this is what you're trying to give him: the world.
Doesn't have to be financially motivated - could mean everything, but as long as it comes from the heart.
Love keeps no record and doesn't compare. If it does, it's not love.

Not wrong at all, as everyone know's it's the thought that counts,not the cost of the gift,,he's shure to value anything you give him,regardless of how much you spend.

Gifting isn't about reciprocation; if it was, you would ask for amounts to spend before you went out to buy, and that's gauche. If he wants to buy you something expensive be grateful, say thank you, and know he'll love whatever you get him, no matter how inexpensive it is.
