my mother is 87 and she is in a nursing home right now but I want her to come back home now medicade pays the nursing home almost $6,000 a month would they pay or is there another porgram that would help pay me or others to be with her and for her care?

Medicaid is the only program, and home care approval is extremely rare. In fact, Medicaid availability in nursing homes is becoming more difficult all the time. If nothing else, learn from this and plan accordingly. Encourage everyone you know to do the same. Anyone over the age of 50 who isn't willing or able to pay out of pocket and doesn't have long term care coverage is asking for serious trouble.
