i bought the billy blanks bootcamp the other day and i really like it. Its hard to do but im sure the more i do it the easier it will get. I noticed that he came out with a tae bo amped series and just curious to see if anyone has tried it, or which is better?

I did the Tae Bo once. Since I am a Fitness Trainer, let me tell you that the only difference between these programs is: the most effective is the one you have a natural tendency to enjoy.
No one perseveres doing something they don't enjoy doing, unless under duress (which is not fun either). So, if you feel good doing it, keep at it until you get bored, them change.
The most important thing is not the specific technique used, they all have their merits, but you enjoying to practice it. That is when it is effective.
