Umm Heres What I Did.Do About A Half Hour Of Intense Exersise Right After Waking Up Because It Keeps Your Metabolism High FOr The Rest Of Tthe Day. And Work Out Abit Every Other Day. Hope It Helps. By The Way, Just Eat Small Portions 5 Times A Day. This Helps Too

No drinking lots of water will not speed up your metabolism, and if you are drinking much more than 2 litres each day this can have serious effects on your body effecting the sodium levels, which could in extreme cases cause confusion, seizures & worse!! Exercise is the best way to speed up your metabolism.

ice cold water can raise your metabolism, but more so, keeps all the bad stuff in foods flushed out of the system. (the additives and chemicals store in fat cells)

as for metabolism, it doesn't speed up enough to help lose weight fast, but over time it does help!

Nope. It just helps washes out all the toxic and excessive fat when you work out. Working-out is what really sppeds up the metabolism
