Try first to only eat one a day, perhaps breaking it in half and eating half when you would normally eat a whole one. Also, try adjusting your diet the rest of the day to accomodate these extra calories. While it would be best to just not eat them, depriving yourself of your favorite food is the fastest way to fail on a diet. My downfall is chocolate. Good luck!

we'll i've recently stopped binging after a year of doing so. Previously when trying to stop, I was great for a week then my friend asked to make brownies for her so I did. I ate 1/3 of the box and at home the binging started again for quite a few more months. School has started again and I'm back into routine. So I'd say that is one important thing, routine. I honestly said to myself that I would not touch the food that- AT ALL. Not as a treat, not once a week/month etc. Otherwise for me, the cycle will start again... This method has worked for me anyway. I've been two-ish weeks without binging although I am eating two snacks in a row when i get back home from college each day. (they are healthy though, but I still feel horrible when I eat so much food without a routine, as in 3 meals a day etc...) i'm trying to get out of that habit, as sometimes i am reminded this is how i started binging, healthy foods then it progressed to junk food + a lot more of it Be strict with yourself and it will pay off. You will feel so much better! good luck oh! and another little tip. This has worked well for me: even if i have my hand it the food packet, I will pause for 5 seconds or whatever it takes. take a deep breath then i question myself (do i NEED this, am i actually hungry..)
