this doesnt make sense at all, how can they delete a question about poth, but they let teenages wright down recipes for tons of different kind of drinks to make with liquer, when liquer is 10 times worse for your health and society, and these tasty drinks mainly apply to the younger age? which is worse teenages getting a hold of liquer recipes that make it taste like the liquer isnt even it it, or getting a recipe to make some special brownies? i think people just think that weed is so bad for u, they see that question and make a complaint right away, but they dont seem to care about other things that are worse for u and its legal to a certain age group. if there gonna make a big deal about posting a question about an illegal drug, then why dont they care about drinking under age, when there both just mistermeaners?

i loved the variety of answers but i was looking for more open minded fact based answers, although this subject is highly opinionated based off of what u grew up with and what you have learned.

and the perfect anti drug comercial is already out there, did u see that one with the kids driving through the fast food drive threw? stuff like that does happen, and i am totally aware of dangers like that, thats becuase, yes some people who smoke are responsible, i dont drive when im using.
by the way just becuase someone smokes does not mean there stupid or retarded, youll be surprised at the kinds of people and the number that do.
and as for my brain cells, there doin alot better than kids who huff.

No one in their right mind want to see children get hold of either pot or alcohol. I just think that no one is checking ID's on this site if someone asks about a drink recipe. But if you are asking how to use a substance deemed to be a Class I narcotic (therefore illegal regardless of the age of the buyer, seller or user) it's a whole different ball game.

I don't do either but I've seen plenty of people that do. I can tell you this much I've never seen people get I want to kill you crazy, flopping retard, pass out high.And I know it's not like eating your Wheaties but herb can't be a fraction as bad for you as booze. Teens don't do any of it. It is hard enough to keep things running smooth when your stone cold sober. Why make it harder on your self's and your parents?

Basically because pot (not poth) is illegal in the US (with rare exception) while alcohol is not. Although it is illegal for minors to drink, many households with minors living in them, have alcohol present. It's not illegal for mom and/or dad to have a completely stocked bar, just for their kids to partake of it.

There's probably some legal issue with regard to websites such as answers leaving up posts involving the use (how to use/cook with) illegal drugs (whether or not folks think they should be illegal)....there shouldn't be the same issue with alcohol as it is legal, whether people agree or disagree that it should be or not.

The site has to cover its butt....we (the members) can debate ad nauseum the appropriateness of the legality of alcohol versus marijuana.

there's really no way of proving someone is underage when they're posting about alcohol. but weed is illegal, there's no need to prove anything there. i would much rather see teens smoking pot than drinking. neither would be best. but what can you do?
