Hello, no you should not use cracked eggs. First of all, you don't know how long they have been cracked. And secondly, bacteria can breed inside the eggs because their shells has been cracked, therefore exposing them to hundres (possibly thousands) of bacteria. It is much safer for you and your family (if applicable) if you just go and purchase new eggs. I know it is an inconvenience, but it is also a safety precaution. And safety is more important than convenience. Hope this helps!!!

The shell is the egg's first defense against contamination. Do not buy or eat eggs with cracked shells. If you crack the shell, either prepare the egg or break it into a clean container and refrigerate it. Use within 2 days.

Using a cracked egg is dangerous, the contents are no longer sealed in by the shell & therefore open to entry of pathogens.Discard cracked eggs, using not worth the risk.

NO,NO ,and NO!! never use cracked eggs. do you ever see people open the carton at the store and check them? they are looking for cracked or broken eggs. even though they are washed when they are sorted, they are not always really clean. And before you crack them to use, please, please wash them with soap and water first! I worked at an egg processing plant, oh, jeeze its gross, there is sometimes still chicken poop on the eggs.and if the eggs are cracked the bactiria gets in the egg. throw the cracked ones away! please!!

in case you already know you broke it your self, you ought to use it in case you utilize it quickly. while you're uncertain... properly, that little crack is the door that salmonella will use to return in, so pitch it. I continuously examine eggs in the previous i purchase them to confirm none are broken. and that i by no potential EVER enable my husband carry the bag that the eggs are in. EVER.
