What does the bible say about our "new identity"?

What does the bible (Christianity) tell us, about who we "are" supposed to be? :S I'm specifically looking for information on the Ephesian tales, but any other information is alright. Please also include your opinions on it, like if you agree or not. =\ You don't have to whatsoever :P It's your choice. n_n That's all, bye for now. I would rather be interested in hearing about other religions as well, but I particularly want to know about Christianity. Curiousity kills lol.

I think one of the best passages to describe what we become or should become when we adopt a new life in Christ is summed up by Paul the Apostle in;Romans 12-13.
