Make lots of eye contact!!! Smile at everything he says.Most importantly be yourself , show him that you have personality.

Go up and talk to him, and say something intelligent (if he's a good guy he will be impressed by brains). Just don't act like you're after him. Keep it casual, but at the same time do little things like glance at him from across the room, smile at him & talk to him for a few minutes, then walk away & let him come to you. That should work.

Dress to impress ;)..not slutty, but elegantly hot.
Don't be fake, be who you are...strike up a conversation and don't drink too much and get wasted. If you guys feel a connection, take it from there. If it gets uncomfortable, do a handspring...if you mess up and fall over, if he's the one to pick you up...fake a limp and ask him to bring you to sit down...here would be your chance for bonding.

dont try too hard to impress him... guys like a challenge... if you just fling yourself all over him, its not really that much fun! go looking super hot and talk to alot of other guys, no matter what have tons of confidence and he will be begging to get next to you!

I was going to agree with the unicycle thing.
Any chance you can find out what his interests are and learn something about them. When you are able to talk about something he likes, you'll be more appealing.
