Dinosaurs are becoming extinct for a second time. Gorillas are being killed for their hands, Sea turtles are dying in Shrimp nets. We have eliminated thousands of species by over hunting or destroying natural habitats. There are holes in the earth miles wide and thousands of feet deep where we have torn ore out of it. We have been producing toxic fumes and chemicals that are leaching into our soils and subsquently the food that we eat. GE foods are ending up on our tables and our health is declining throughout the United States. But Who says that we shouldn't be concerned? Forget Global Warming what do you think we should do to preserve our world and save our lives? Do you think that we spend to much time debating Global warming and not enough on the real issue (of which Global warming is only a symptom)?
Site how you feel and why please.

This is where the real problem occurs. Environmental-murder I call it. WE people tend to be blind from all this catastrophic manifestations until we feel the wrath bestowed by nature. Global-warming traps heat, thus sealing off heat here on Earth. WE then use aircons to keep ourselves cool. But what happens next? A hole in the ozone layer! Because of the major emission of CFC's from aircons, perfumes and the like.

I am now 15 yrs. of age.But what kind of world could we expect?
Toxic land emitting dangerous fumes? Massive exhaustion of dark smoke? Dark, poisonous sludge along the once known "ocean"? When would you open your eyes and start throwing garbages to the the trash cans? When everything is too late? That said. I rest my case.

Look around your house (and garage?) and decide what you are willing to live without. All the problems you mention are a result of the sum of the demands individuals make on the planet's resources. Others will likely decide not to do without anything you choose to keep. A car? A furnace? Running water? Food packaging? Books? Etc. etc. etc.

Republicans will not be happy until they destroy the world...they want everyone to be as miserable as they are with their empty lives. The environment is of no consequence to them....it is all about material gain.
