It is not an easy situation to care for someone who cares for someone else. You must be mature enough to see past what you want and recognize what "is". Be honest about your feelings towards him. He may see you differently after that conversation and even return the same feelings. At the very least you will know where you stand and save yourself from the agony of uncertainty.

Seriously get out of this situation. Be honest with him about how you feel, and chances are if he's into this other girl, he's not into you. Or, he'll find out that she doesn't like him, and he'll come to you because you do. It sounds like a lot of heartbreak for you in the future.
