. What could this be? Vision problem? Stress? They are long drawn out blinks, not normal quick ones that we all do. I notice it more when he watches TV yet I know he can see pretty far away. I want to have him seen but wondering if any of you who have kids with glasses had this issue - or if anyone has any idea what it could be. Please help!

You definately need to take him to the Dr. for an eye exam. That is not normal and could be a vision or focus problem but you wont know until he is checked. I hope all is fine. My 17month old wears glasses and keeps them on. Good luck.

Maybe she is developing an allergy. Her eyes may be drying out and the blinking is comfortable to her. I would make an appt with the peditrician and see what they say. They could test her for allergies. Good Luck.!

Could be a nervous twitch. I got 'addicted' to blinking like this when I was a child for no particular reason...then nose twitching and alsorts. Very bizarre but no lasting damage!

Did anything unusual happen lately. Think about it. If not then I would go to an optomologist.
