u have to learn to pick the pieces up glue them back together and move on. Its hard i know but in time it will become alot easier to do. U shouldn't let him play games with ur head. Tell him to leave u alone that u have better things to do then to put up with his bullshit. After all u deserve better then that. Any guy who plays with a girls mind isn't worth crying over. So move on and forget him. Good luck

Wow, well I have been there with the whole ex playing games with your head thing.. run FAST! haha it is not fun to have games played with your head at all and it sucks!! It's also a never ending cycle until you cut it off. Just don't talk to him and whenever a thought of him pops into your head do something else to take your mind off of it.. that's what I had to and it took me 7 months to get over my ex.. and that was with absolutely NO contact with him also. Good luck!

It's okay to be upset when you break up with someone. You are allowed to have that time that you miss them, the comfort of the relationship, and the things that you did.
If you want him to stop playing mind games then do not talk to him. Take a break from seeing him or talking to him because this will help you not only get over him but will not give him access to hurting you.
Good luck.

Leave him altogether, do not talk to him, do not play games with him. If you respond to him then you are playing his game! Playing any game is not healthy to your mental stability. Cut all ties and move on...there are way too many fish in the sea to get screwed over by one moron!

When he calls you let him leave a message at the beep and don't text him. I hate people that plays games with my head. You need someone more mature than that.

Get busy having fun. It is the best cure to feeling bad about an old flame.

Don't talk to him and move on, don't initiate any conversation, don't listen to others who want to talk about him. Put him out of your life totally. It's the only way you'll be happy.

When you break up it depends on you nasty it was. Sometimes you can still be friends other times not. I still talk to some Xs, there are a few that I would not waste my breath to.
