i wanna know only
do you know that these 2 verses are in the koran (the muslim`s main source for beleifs) ???
(60:8) God forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for God loveth those who are just.
(60:9) God only forbids you, with regard to those who fight you for (your) Faith, and drive you out of your homes, and support (others) in driving you out, from turning to them (for friendship and protection). It is such as turn to them (in these circumstances), that do wrong.
i want to know after these words how to say that ISLAM = terrorism ??
please

No I did not know that was in the Koran. But, I have never equated Islam with terrorism. I have always been curious what was in the Koran. I've been trying to teach myself Arabic on the Internet. But sadly, the only word that I can pronounce yet is marhaban. And, I'm not quite sure whether that is supposed to be used in a greeting casually, or if it means welcome, like come into my home. (not exactly an easy language to try to teach yourself.)

First of all the Qu'ran is not a book, the Qu'ran is the speech of Allah which means Almighty God in english. The actually recitation is the Qu'ran. What you have is called a mustaf which is the speech of Allah written on pages. Can you read Arabic, because if you can not and you are reading an english translation you must be aware that things get lost in translation. Some words in Arabic can not be translated effectively in english. Also you can not just pick a surah in the Qu'ran and interpret it, you are not skilled you don't know the Tasfir. Do a search on it I don't have enough space to give a good explanation but there are Tasfir on ever single surah on the Qu'ran. And in Islam we deal with proof and evidence, if there is none we leave it alone. I am muslim and I was born in the USA and I know terrorism is wrong and I condone it. May Allah guide you Amin.

About those versus being in the Koran, did you also know that the Koran was also created after the Bible and that much of what is in there originated from the Bible and twisted bit by bit to suit the beliefs of Islam?

It is not the words but the actions which make a statement about any religion. The same for Christianity or Buddhism, or Hinduism or any of the thousands of practiced beliefs in this world. Father God can be upset with us all. We should all be very ashamed.
