Okay, well for the last couple of months, every morning when I would check my weight, it would say about 95 pounds or so, and throughout the day, before I'd go to bed, it would say 98 or 99 pounds.

Well yesterday, I was 98 pounds when I woke up, and now it says I'm like...100 pounds. Is it possible, that in 1 night, I gained that many pounds? I ate about 1200 calories that day, but I ate most at night.

The reason your gaining so much weight is because your eating most in the night in by the time you go to bed the calories you have ate stays there in forms into fat because it doesn't have time to turn into energy. So in order to quit gaining weight over is eat more during the day in less during the night but if you eat something before you go to bed wait about 10-20 minute for it to go though you and eat a light snack.

From what I understand, it is literally impossible to gain more weight than you are actually ingesting, pound for pound. I doubt that someone your size is eating that much, so don't worry about fat. What is more likely is that you are getting a lot of salt, which is causing you to retain water like a Big Bear. Fast food and processed foods are especially bad for this reason.

The good news is that if you break the excessive salt habit, the fluid drops off quickly. But be prepared to see it increase just as quickly the next time you eat at KFC!

I know what you're going through hon, I went from 110 to 180 in a year and a half..its the food in the US that is causing all this obesity and cancer, its NOT the calories, fat or trans fat..it's the actual INGREDIENTS in the food..they are packed full of synthetics and chemicals which cause the human body to balloon , even if you eat once a day..I went to Europe for a while, ate the exact same foods as here and lost 50 pounds in 5 months, no exercise, no health problems..it melted off. Eat ALL ORGANIC food, its more expensive for a reason. The FDA wants us sick so we can gobble down their prescription meds and they make literally billions and billions of dollars. Like the great Jack La lane said "If man made it don't eat it, if it tastes good spit it out" period! Good Luck!

You would have to eat a heck of a lot of candy, 1 pound = 3500 calories. If you gain like 2lb over night, it is water weight. You may have a slightly rounder tummy, but no real visible weight gain.

no you didn't gain weight in your sleep, you just had alot of food the day before, and to be honest, if your only 95 to 100 pounds, you can stand to gain a bit more weight, there is such a thing as being underweight and it it just as unhealthy as being over weight

It's probably water weight. When you consume most of your calories at night, your body doesn't have a chance to process the food, and you'll weigh more in the morning.

Please get off the scale. A woman's weight fluctuates between 1 and 5 lbs throughout the month! Go instead by how your clothes fit. You're already tiny, why would it matter if you DID gain 2 lbs? Don't let the scale take over your life.

first...do not weight yourself so often...the body's weight will fluctuate a lot...mostly due to fluid gain and loss. 1200 calories is not enough to gain two pounds....think more like 7000...so weigh yourself once a week....and will give a more consistent idea of what is going on with your body.

If you eat before bed it is said that you will gain weight but it also might be water fluid if you hadn't urinated yet.
