If you were on a frozen food eating plan like Jenny Craig, and you had to be up for 24 hours because of your job, would you eat more than one day's worth of food so you could eat enough within the time frame so you wouldn't become super hungry?

try just listening to your body and if you feel hungry have a healthy snack that will keep you full for little calories and with a low GI, like yogurt or some fruit or veg and a light protein source, like cottage cheese or something.

if you think about it, being awake for that long will obviously burn more energy than usual, but at the same time your metabolism wouldn't be working as well.

my advice is if you feel hungry, then snack. don't have a meal.

Of course. Just eat some fruit. Apples are filling and healthy.
