It is shorting out and needs to be replaced. Please don't tell me it is in the steering column! I had a Grand Prix once and I had to replace it. They had to pull the column just to get at it. It would be nice if Dodge was a little more forgiving than Pontiac is and put it with all the other relay switches. Is this the case?

There's a bunch of relays under the hood, drivers side under a black cover, look in there

it is on the driver side under the hood next to the battery. If you don't know where you PDC is how do you know that you need a relay¿ i would make sure you know what it needs relays are expensive.
