Raw honey isn't heated or filtered, it is considered more beneficial because it contains small amounts of pollen which is supposed to help with alergies.

Regular honey is raw honey that has been filtered and pasturised(heated to over 170)

Honey with chunks of "hive" is actually comb honey, which technicaly is raw honey, but it isn't extracted from the comb. They take the whole piece of comb and just cut it into pieces.

raw honey usually contains some of the hive in it and it's better for you. Lots of health claims for raw honey.
