It sounded first like you girl friend is only 3 months old . Weird!
But hey. Never give a lady something usefull to her except maybe at Christmas. Presents from "out of the blue" are MUCH more romantic than on birthdays etc. Observe what she looks at (that is love and not easy, be discrete). Then buy whatever is within your budget and her cost expectations. Bangles, crystals etc may surprise.

Go find the coolest pacifier on sale anywhere. OH! I'm sorry! Did you mean to say your girlfriend of 3 months? Oops! Well then, a nice bouquet of flowers and a pretty bracelet or necklace would be more to her liking. I thought you were looking for something for your 3 month old's girlfriend! Silly me!
