many things....lour bodies are like a building and the food we eat are building supplies. If you eat a lot of bad food, you get a bad (unhealthy) body, if you eat good food, you get a good(healthy) body...I would be an assortment....good and bad....but getting better.

I believe so..
As long as you eat well balanced meal I think it really shows through your skin. What you put into your body really reflects your activity levels, and your skin condition. Make sure to eat healthy foods (and do not smoke). I once knew someone that refused to eat vegetables. Her skin was very gross, it is very hard to describe. Our bodies neet all sorts of things, and we need to supply it with that. I'm a vegetarian but I make sure that I have well balanced meals.

In a sense, yes, because we eat carbon, and we are carbon, but more specificly,no. If we were, then only cannibles would be humans, and the rest of us would be mixtures of plants and fish and other animals and mabye bugs. Oh, and a lot of us would be nuts.
