I have been to the doctor a lot. Blood tests, MRI, X-rays. And it all comes back normal. (except for my hormone level's are a little high) I look healthy (5'2'', 110 lb) But feel tired, I get a lot of headcahs, backachs. I eat an OK diet. I excersize when I can. (I have two kids and work). What can I do to wake up!!! And help my pain?

I'm a nurse. It could be that you need to take iron pills. Do you feel tired? Take an OTC iron pill generic will work just as well. Also take a multi vitamin. Tylenol or a sleeping pill could help you as well. Did the doctor offer you a muscle relaxant? See another doctor for a second opinion, there is something wrong it is yet to be discovered by a doctor. Don't give up this is YOUR health and you deserve to know what's wrong. Take care.

Taking into account that you are a working mom I agree with another poster that it could be depression and/or stress. Stress can play a significant role in one's health. It can be the trigger to depression. Are you an organized person? Do you like your job? Is it stressful? Do you get help from your spouse or otherwise? Stress can contribute greatly to headaches and if you are popping over-the-counter pain killers constantly they can lead to rebound headaches. I have had migraines for most of my adult life and they make me feel tired as well.

I'm going to put my money on stress as to what is wrong with you. You've had all the tests and the doctor says you're okay so that should be your signal to quit worrying that you might have some dreaded disease. Chances are you don't.

Try this: 1. If you regularly use over-the-counter pain relievers, try to wean yourself off them. Save them for only the most painful of headaches. It's easy to get into a habit of dulling the daily aches and pains. 2. Get regular exercise. This is very important. 3. Get organized in your life and get some help at home. Don't try to do it all.

Start writing down your symtoms and looking online for things that sound simalar. Do your homework there is so many rare deseases out there and sometimes only a specialist can know. But it could be as simple as stress. Hun if you think they are missing something keep at it keep trying to find someone to listen to you that somethings wrong. Dont let doctors bully you into thinking it it your own imagination.

Bless hope your feel better soon

Hormone levels being high may mean a pituitary issue...possibly a tumor (most are non-cancerous). Have they done a pituitary MRI? Not just a brain MRI, thats not good enough. A lot of your symptoms sound like pituitary. Cortisol, growth hormone, repro hormones, thyroid (TSH) all need to be checked by a GOOD endocrinologist. See if your symptoms are on this chart: http://www.goodhormonehealth.com/symptoms/gland_hormone_symptom_table.html

Keep going to the doctor, as it sounds like there's something not right.

In the meantime, try sipping peppermint tea. It's good for the digestion, so it may make your nausea a little more bearable, and it's quite good at making you feel more awake (yet it's natural and doesn't contain any caffeine).

Hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like your "parasite" level is toxifying your body. Go to a good herbal store and buy some Black Walnut to kill the parasites then take Olive Leaf extract to cleanse and purify your system. While taking the black walnut you will feel worse for a few days, but it is worth it !!!

idk but i am exactly the same as you..so i completely sympathize.

Starting from march1st - i am completely changing my diet! no junk .. just healthy and organic.

It could be a food intolerance...

things that help me are...

mints
ginger biscuits / ginger tea
remegel - for some reason
Pepto bismol is great - but i have come to rely on it and now have it every day which i shouldn't so i would not reccommend it

it could be stress or depression.. - some of mine is down to anxiety..
