My friend suffers from Psoriasis and has problems with getting blood out of her clothes. If there is anyone that knows the best way to remove dried on blood, we would be grateful for any advice

Hydrogen Peroxide works.

Peroxide...just pour a little on the stain from the inside. Use a soft bristle toothbrush and scrub it. But make sure you dont scrub it outside the lines. Rinse with cold water and repeat if neccessary. Then put a good spot cleaner on it. I like to use Clorox 2 spot remover. But Zout does wonders also.

Im diabetic and get blood spots alot from testing.

Household peroxide shoud do the trick- just dab on with a cotton ball/swab, and launder as usual.Good Luck!!

soak it in cold water for a few hours,
then hit it with some shout (or bleach)
