You should post a photo or contact someone who knows something about poodles to see what color to call her.

Brindle is not a recognized color pattern in poodles. The UKC recognizes sable and parti-colored poodles. The AKC and CKC conformation rules consider a parti-color a disqualification and it follows that sable would be as well.

The FCI (European and world-wide registry) only recognizes solid color poodles. They disqualify anything other than solid color in the ring.

So if she is a mixed-color of some kind and she is a not a mix, then she is an example of a genetic fluke---recessive genes from waaay back showing up and giving her the odd coat color.

How do you sell her? With a spay contract.

I wouldn't mix these two dogs again. In fact I would alter them.

PS I just saw the links you added. I thought the terragethen site was particularly interesting as it stated the color codes you would use to register their "parti" and "phantoms."

Yes, you can list that a poodle has more than 1 color even if that is not in the breed standard---because the registration is to IDENTIFY them---NOT show they meet the breed standard. They list all kinds of color and pattern combinations which do not meet the breed standard so owners of a pup can identify the pup.

So the AKC recognizes that a poodle can be more than one color and allows them to be identified by their markings and colors---as I stated above it is known that they come in more than one color.

The AKC does not recognize----EVEN for identification purposes that brindle exists for poodles. Look at the akc color page:
http://www.akc.org/registration/colormarkings.cfm

Pull up poodle and see what it says (no brindle), then pull up "boxer" because that is a known breed which comes in brindle. You will see brindle is clearly listed as an option.

Perhaps you should wait until the pups get older and then see what they look like. Perhaps you would say that she is a parti color???

They say thet brindle is not a colour for show poodles.
I have a friend that had a brindle poodle and she is beautiful. Sherry was a little cheaper because of the colouring, but what doer colour matter if you are giong to spay or neuter them anyway. Just love them and be kind to them

Can you post a pic of her, is hard to quite picture her coat colouring. But brindle is not a colour that occurs in poodles. Their colours tend to be one solid colour, although you do on occassion get parti-colours(similar to cocker spaniels), or what are called Phantoms - markings are similar to those of Dobermans and Rotties - ie- solid black body with tan eyebrows, tan marks on legs, or silver body with white eyebrows and white on legs. If mom and dad are chocolate and apricot, is possible you could end up with what is called a silver chocolate ( chocolate is the main colour with some silver like tippings). With the pup being solid black at birth what could happen is the pup will change over time to what is called Blue or silver. Pictures would be of great help to try and help you sort out what colour she is or possibly will be.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7fA

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

You would sell it for the same amount you sell all the other puppies for. Females shouldn't be marked at a higher price, only byb and puppymills do that b/c they can be bred and are 'worth more' money. There are no 'rare' colors when it comes to dogs. It is all genetics. If you know what you are doing you can get the colors you want, so less common colors shouldn't be charged at a higher price. If you are going to vaccinate all the dogs, you should ask for the cost of the vaccinations and maybe a little extra so you can afford to get the dam spayed.

I agree with everyone so far.....that's great that you supposedly "care" for your dogs, but if you truely cared about the puppies, you wouldn't have them. You wouldn't be adding to the already obese pet population. You would have your pets fixed, and not worry about all of this. If you were a reputable breeder, you wouldn't be here asking questions about your puppies.

the brown hughes typically indicate that the dog is a blue and silver brindle. Blue often carries brown hughes.

So someone above gives a link to a "breeder" site who offers "teacup" poodles? Um, okay, teacup is not acceptable breed standard and is typically a marketing technique to make smaller, below standard dogs attractive to uneducated buyers. I would not consider that link a "reliable" source of information, sorry.
