Get a job slugging stuff, like farm work, something which causes you to sweat and lift weights. If you do land the job on a farm get your head shaved and since you will be isolated on the farm let the hair grow back in as the summer continues. You will emerge a new guy but look out in September because all the girls in school will be after the new kid, that farm kid, muscles, new hair style, they won't recognize the new you. Summer is the ideal time to get outside and exercise! Go for a run, surf, play golf, learn how to rock climb, do something different every day. Eat no junk or fried food and replace soda & diet soda with pure water. Good luck!

This summer you can find a sport that you love and do it everyday. Like running is really great for you. You get your blood pumping and your heart racing. You can also go to a gym and lift weights. It will build up your muscles.

to lose weight do some excercise..like gym and if u cant go to the gym get a padometer which will cost less than 10 euros but it will count ur steps taken all day and aim for 10,000-20,000 and bet ya u will lose the weight...

for the weightloss, buy DDR and ride your bike alot, I knew a kid in highschool who was overweight at the end of one schoolyear and hott the next because he never asked his mom for a ride anywere, he just rode his bike all over town, and the hair cut? type in hair styles or something like that on google and you'll get tons of immages, eventually you'll find something you like

u need jogging till u sweat a lot. a mullet hair style is quite ok as it's short n easier 4 washing.
