Go after him! Get him alone and start chatting him up. Don't believe that crap about guy's want to be the ones chasing. There are MANY guys that want woman to be more aggressive.

If he really is intersted in you as more than a friend then he will approach you. Do not persue him, i think the ball is in his court in this situation. Just be yourself, chasing him could push him away.
