Ok, you're right. Dawkins was his usual intelligent, erudite self. I just want to get the Fundies to watch. They need to watch.

If that is the one I think it is (I have dial up and don't download videos), Dawkins does not get clobbered at all. He was speechless because he had been duped by the interviewers. They misrepresented themselves to get an interview. The question they asked had just been answered by Dawkins, at length, in his then new book Unweaving the Rainbow. You should read what Dawkins has to say about it rather than what the liars say about it.

Well that's ten and a half minutes of my life I won't get back. Why do you claim something that is so clearly not the case. Dawkins wasn't clobbered at all. In fact, far, far from it. There wasn't even an attempt to do so.

What does happen is that he is interviewed and questions from the viewers are put to him which he quite deftly answers. I'm not sure what you watched!!

I've actually watched this interview before...I couldnt remember that he got clobbered, so I watched it again...nice touch on the clobbered remark though to get people to watch it lol

It was actually quite the reverse, I've never seen him get clobbered in any of his interviews, as Huw pointed out, he has a massive brain and always presents his arguments very well indeed, he shows great intelligence, logical reasoning and most of all, remains extremely dignified...did you see his interview with Ted Haggard?

Wow thanks for sharing this. I've never seen Professor Dawkins speak before.. he really presented himself very well in this video, and he does not get clobbered as you state in this question. He does a brilliant job of explaining his book, and provoking people to thought.
I'm not an atheist, but again, well done on his part.

Clever!

I came back to point out that he held his own admirably - nice touch, I expect quite a few people sat through the whole ten minutes waiting for him to get "clobbered". Ten points to you!

It was a pretty straight forward interview. I didn't see him "get clobbered" at all. In fact, I would have only said things a little different.

How does he get clobbered? I think he gives very good answers.

If you want us "fundies" to watch, then post your question to fundies, not atheists. I accidentally clicked on this question, normally I don't go to questions that are not directed to me.

God hates a lying tongue, did you know that?
