There's nothing 'happy' about it at all, it's assault. Have you been a victim or known/seen anyone that has and where? Did the Police do anything?

its a sign of modern times. Each generation of kids are more badly behaved than the generation before them.

I hate to think what its going to belike in 3 or 4 generations from now. People will be too scared to go out,..... er, well thats also what its like now, so i can't imagine.

whos to blame? look at previous generations, marriage was a standard acceptable thing and single parent families were rare. Now it's just the opposite, marriage is seen as unnessecary and single parent families are the norm, what do you get? un controlled kids with no example to follow from the parents and often worse, there was some abuse there which makes these kids want to pass on that misery to others, i.e happy slapping

It just shows society is thinking we are advancing by being less strict on things like chastity, all the movies and documentaries are all about affairs and cheating. Thats regarded as open minded whereas being loyal and duty bound to being with one partner for life is looked down on as sad, boring old hat etc, so whats the result.... a society of untrained, un cultured, un loved, un wanted children and teens from broken families where theres been 2 or three father figures through their child hood who didn't give a stuff about them. one day we'll realise we are moving away from the right way of doing things into a hellish situation and it was all in the name of being liberal and broad minded. peace out. Hi,

The point here has to do with Ethics.

And Ethics is defined as the actions or inactions the individual takes regarding his own Survival, the Survival of his family (partner and descendents), the Survival of the groups he belongs or has belonged and it still 'works' in his 'group concept', the Survival of Mankind, of other living beings, of Matter, Energy, Space, and Time (MEST), the Survival of his own spiritual things like his ideals, emotions, thoughts, principles,... and the Survival of Eternity, Infinite, God, Supreme Being, Alah, Jehovah, The Creator, you call it what you want. This Survival should happen to the major number of the above 'dynamics' - which is what they are called.

I explain. A good action would be the one which would provide more survival to him, his family, his groups, mankind, other living beings, MEST, his spiritual things and the Supreme Being, to all, AT THE SAME TIME. If an action or inaction can provide survival to all these dynamics it is for sure, a good one.

When the individual fails in being ethical, Justice - the actions the group takes to restaure Ethics in the individual - 'shows up'. I am not here to talk about which actions Justice should take. What I want to say is that Ethics and Moral are missing in our society and they should be put in action in every school, in every house/home, to every individual, even if he is not a criminal coz one must know it, so one can teach our kids properly, coz we were born without a 'users manual'. Parents are too busy making money or too tired of being making it, and they have no time at home for the kids who end up educated by the media in general. This is the problem. WE DO NOT BRING OUR KIDS UP.

AND KARL... It is ok that you join the Police, but you would have to be a SuperOfficer to handle this the way police does. The answer is in Education, Proper Education.

It relies upon on why, the place on the physique, and how tricky. in case you get carry of spanked suck it up. the difficulty with right this moment's society is each thing is seen baby abuse so each physique is afraid to discipline their young ones. Be happy your mothers and dads love you sufficient to discipline you. in the event that they simply desperate "hi enable's hit the youngster" then seek for help.

Yes i have i don't know why but you sort of fell like you cannot do anything about it because they will beat you up if you phone the police but i still don't see why one human person things they have the right to harmley touch someone else and make them fell pain for there enjoyment it is really wired of them i would never do it. That is the reason why i am training to be a police officer i really really want to stop every crime in my local area and put all these people in trouble with the law!

I don't recall any cases of happy slapping where the victim was carrying a gun.
