i heard about many diet i mean strong one that i u keep it u can loose 5 kiloes a weel if there is any i need to know what is it and how u can keep your wight the same after????

That is 12 pounds in a week....NO....no safe diet can do this...but you can cut off your arm and lose that much...it sounds silly, I know...but no more silly than the question. Think 1 to 1.5 kilos a week max if you want to maintain your health and keep the weight off. Reasonable diet and exercise.

You are losing too much weight too quickly and you will shock you body. Even the best diets will only have you lose between 2-3 kilos in a week

I don't know what kilos are but you can lose 10 lbs in one week if you stick to the 3-day diet that is popular in the U.K.

Try 2 TBS of apple cider vinegar per glass of water before every meal. Do research on remedies with apple cider vinegar. You will be surprised what else it also does. I feel so much better doing this,that when I have stopped, I can tell the difference. Try it, it is not for everyone because of the taste, but after a while it tastes just like another drink. It all depends of your weight and age. The first pounds tends to be lost faster, so if you are very fat or obese, you will loose more pounds on the first month of your diet than someone overweight.
I think, if you spend one week, ingesting only liquids, you will loose much more than any other diet.

1st day 6 boiled eggs
2ND. 6 yogurt
3rd 6 oranges.
4Th 6 quarter of a chicken
5Th. 6 pieces of meat
6Th. 6 boiled potatoes
7Th 6 bananas.
