Hi there. Yes, 80kgs might be a bit heavy especially if you're under 6"6 (167cms). Still, if you're young that's good. Plenty of time to change habits. Just makes sure you cut back - preferrably eliminate) refined sugar and flour (this includes softdrinks, cakes, cookies). Make sure you eat every 1/2 hour or hour SMALL meals (around 40 cals each) to make sure your body doesn't go into starvation mode. Whatever you do, don't skip meals. Try to excercise at least 5 times a week for at least 45mins. Try to incorporate some light weight training and cardio. Make sure you eat good fats like nuts, seeds, and dark chocolate (70% cocoa +) but only in small quantities and throughout the day. Drink lots of water to keep you hydrated, so your body doesn't think to store water in your system. Stay AWAY from fake sugar as well, that messes up with your endocrine system and consequently messes aboutwith your hunger (not to mention that phenylalanine , nutrasweet etc are strongly positively correlated cancer).
g'luck.

You need to look at height and weight tables to see if this is a proper weight for you. If you're 5'-0" tall or more, you're WAY underweight. If you are overweight according to the tables, the best way to lose weight is to talk to your doctor. He or she may recommend the diabetic diet, which is basically following the food pyramid--3 servings of fruits, 4 of vegetables, 3 of milk, 7 oz of meat, 7 servings of carbohydrates (15 carbs each) and 3 6 gram servings of fats over the course of the day. You spread them out over the course of the day--3 meals and 3 small snacks, so you don't feel hungry, and drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, too. I started at the beginning of the year, I'm having no problem sticking with it, and I've lost 7 pounds just in the last 3 weeks.

Well I don't know how old you are, but you said you are a young girl. A 'young girl' whom obviously is old enough to consider posting an online question and demostrates correct grammer usuage with "big(ger)" words.... hmm, i'm guessing you've got to be every bit eight yrs old at the least. 80 lbs is in the avg weight catagory for a girl your age. Sweetie, what in the world are doing worrying about wieght in the first place?
Well, charts indicate on avg girls 8-10 yrs (54-86 lbs) and 10-12 yrs (80-110 lbs) is considered appropriate and healthy! :)

How old are you? 80 is NOT overweight unless you are 4.
Talk with your parents. You should not be thinking about losing weight. Tell your parents that you want help understanding diet and nutrition.
If you want to feel like you're doing something, start playing sports or exercising. Let the food take care of itself.

Im uncertain your physique aroma would be large in case you basically ate cabbage soup. i might advise you narrow back out the crap - and consume lots of sparkling fruit and veg - drink lots of water - ditch the pop. The a respectable length stroll an afternoon. the burden might desire to fall off. the problem with 'shrink' diets, is that when you reintroduce different ingredients it could reason a difficulty - your maximum suitable retraining your self to consume stable food.

Reduce food intake, exercise. Less going in, means less stored and your body will use up your fat reserves.
And don't eat after 7 pm at night!
