Yes for a few simple Biblical reasons: In 1 Corinthians 11, 12 & 14 Paul admonishes believers (men & women) about spiirtual gifts including the gift of teaching and prophesy and to pray to receive those gifts. In 1 Cor. 14 Paul clearly states that the gift of prophesy is for the edification of the church and if a woman has such a gift I ask you how will she use it except in church meetings? Is it even acceptable or realistic to think that women who have such gift will be able to go from door to door sharing and helping the church on an individual basis? In 1 Cor.11 Paul himself makes the assumption that women prophesy in church meetings when he addresses the issue of head coverings. If the gift is from God to the individual for the church how is it wrong to share this gift in the church or in a church meeting? If you remember in 1 Cor.14 starting with verse 26 Paul is specifically talking about order in the church. I don't believe or understand this to be a permanent command of prohibition on women teachers. Things were done differently back then but God's spiritual gifts are for all believers for the blessing of all believers.

If God wants to call a woman to preach and teach that's His business. Nothing wrong at all with women in the ministry. There are tons of them past, present and future. God over it.

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. I know it sounds like Paul did not allow women to teach but there is more to it than meets the eye. Women were in subjugation at that time. They were not equals with men. You might have a woman talking to her husband and asking him questions about what was being said and interrupting other people in the service. And some other woman nearby might try to answer if she knew how to respond and it could get sticky.

Furthermore if you were to stop women from ministering you would need to shut down most of the Sunday Schools all over the planet.
Deborah was a prophetess.
The evangelist Philip had four daughters that prophesied
Acts 21;8-9
Prophesy is ministry. Why would Paul allow these younger women to prophesy and not teach Bible, or minister the Gospel of Jesus.
And BTW Jesus did not restrict the Great Commission to men.

Woman cannot say the Mass in the RC church. This is based on Jesus being the High Priest and the twelve apostles being men. Women can do all sorts of other things in the church, including being an altar server, distributing communion, visiting the sick and bringing them communion etc. The male priest is the representative of Jesus on the earth. For those churches not in communion with Rome, it may be a different matter, as they do not have the Mass.

Women have other roles in churches beside preaching. They do lead/teach sunday school, organize all the church functions, etc. Without women how would a church survive?

The older women are encouraged to teach the younger women, but you have to be careful how you select the older women. They need to meet some requirements, they need to be praised by their own husband [if still alive] and children, be sober, pure in thought, the wife of one man.

They can, Paul was talking about a problem that was in the church that time where the women use to talk a lot and disrupt the service. That was a specific situation and we should guard against situations that will disrupt the worship session.

In general, no.

But if there are no men to do the job (or they are being disobedient) than if God calls a woman to do the job (like Deborah) it is correct.

The main problem is when women want to take authority over men, not when a woman is given authority.

you should not lean to your own understanding of the bible, get an ordained person to answer your question and give you the details or resources you need in order to back it up.

The short answer is no.

Women should not teach within the congregation. All disciples of Christ (which includes women) are commanded to teach the good news of God's kingdom but women are not to teach IN THE CONGREGATION and women do not have authority over men. In the congregation, men are assigned to take the lead.

In accord with this command, women do not teach in any of the 99,000 congregations worldwide of Jehovah's Christian Witnesses.
