Since I was about 13, I've been experiencing blackouts. They don't usually last for long, but they don't happen at any certain time of the day. They usually occur off an on for a couple of weeks and then disappear for a couple of months. Recently, I have my arms and legs have begun to become numb quite quickly when sitting or laying down, which I find kinda strange for a 19 year old. I also experience chest pains often, finding it hard to breathe or move. It used to only happen at night, when I would wake up from it, but it has recently begun to happen during the day.
I recently had a CT scan done, and all that was found was a small cyst on the right side of my brain, which my doctor said was nothing to worry about it. I was told it might be stress, but I figured I would ask here before I went to the doctors again.
Does anyone have any ideas of what this might be??
Thanks.

Sounds like heart problems. See a cardiologist.

I would strongly suggest you see a good Chiropractor.

If your back gets out of alignment for a long time, pinched nerves can cause numbness and chest and stomach pains.

Consider that your bed could be either too soft or to hard and is contributing to the problems.

If you were my child I would get you to the Chiropractor about once a week for a month. By then, if that is the problem, you will be feeling better.

If not, you need a SERIOUS specialist to figure out this problem.

I would also get you a different bed. Do you drive a lot? I once had a car seat that became too soft from use and gave me horrible hip pains. I would get an adjustment and it would be out in just a few days. I had the Drivers seat firmed up at the upholsters and solved the problem.

Is there any chance you are vegetarian? Once when I went on a fat free diet I developed incredible chest pains. I rapidly learned that the heart needs fat and a well balanced diet to operate.

Consider going on a Good Multiple vitamin morning and night to see if it will help your vitamin, mineral balance.

I pray you can get this solved.

Good Luck.

I have no idea what this could be, but I know who does....Jesus Christ. He's the only one that can Heal you from these symptoms. There's nothing wrong with going to a doctor, but a doctor can't heal you...They can only treat you and practice on you. I thank God for Doctors, but in heaven they all will be out of a job. It is God's will for you to be Healed. That's one of the reasons why He sent His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. But, do you believe that Jesus Can Heal You? (By the stripes He took for you and the Blood that He shed for you, provision has been made for your Healing.)
If you do say this prayer and watch God Heal & touch your body.

"Dear Jesus, I need you, I'm sorry for not coming to you sooner. I ask that you come into my heart and change me. I believe that you died on the Cross for me and that on the 3rd day you(Jesus) rose from the grave. You are the Messiah, and you are the Christ, and I ask you to save me. Right now I make you Lord and Savior over my life. I believe that by your stripes healing has been made for me(to anyone that is willing to recieve it - through you). I ask you to please touch and heal my body, right now In the name of Jesus. Deliver me from the very cause of these chest pains, blackouts and numbness. I put my Faith and trust in You Jesus, and I thank You for Healing my body, In Jesus Name."

Continue to call on the name of Jesus.

all your symptoms could be caused by cardiad problems. You need a through cardiac check-up. If everything is normal after all the necessay inestigations, maybe you have anxiety attacks which are really common in teenagers

May be low blood pressure or arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat). I'm surprised that your doc didn't check for these as your symptoms would seem to point in that direction.

See: http://www.medterms.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=9745
for more on arrhythmia.

i suggest you find a new doctor. why didnt he check your heart for chest pains? your heart may be the culprit. and compromised bloodflow to your brain can lead to black outs.
but im not a doc. go to one. another one.
