i find myself very afraid to go to sleep, because of a fear of having bad dreams that has just developed. even when i can't remember what happened, the dreams are surreal and that uneasy feeling sticks with me.

i find my blankets on the floor and pillow half way across the room... so I'm tossing and turning, i wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep.

is there something i can take? someone i should see? help me, i need to have a good night's rest for work in the morning and this problem is making it very difficult...

thanks,
-Kwan

You can try melantonin which helps to induce sleep. I took this in the day to help me sleep while I was working in night shift. It can be purchase without doctor's prescription and it is not addictive.

Is there something wrong with the environment you are sleeping in? Try sleeping in other rooms or better still, another house for a week and see if you condition improves. If you sleep better somewhere else, compare your old and new sleeping environment. Then change whatever you think is wrong.
