Assuming she is Nigerian, she goes to the British embassy and applies for a visa as a student dependant. You will need to provide supporting documentation showing your leave, study details, ability to support/maintain/accommodate, intention to leave the UK at the end of the period etc.

If she is sent to a unit that is deploying most likely she will deploy. however there is also the chance that she will remain behind as Rear D, so someone never really knows for sure. But I would have to say that about 975 chance that she will deploy. Before she leaves she will have to arrange a Short and Long Term Care Provider for her children. She will not sign over her rights to these children as someone else mentions but she will have to give temporary rights while she is deployed. Having kids doesn't matter to the army as long as she is doing her job. IF having kids is interferring with her job, she can be chaptered out. I would suggest that you talk to her about what might happen if she gets deployed and what is going to happen to the kids. Also, if you would be willing to take the other child that is not yours and the other father would let you, I might think about taking all 4 so that way they will remain together. What base in Georgia is she being sent to after AIT. Most likely she will be sent to a hospital or clinic on post because of her MOS.
