If you are talking about your height, you will stop growing at 18. No matter what you do after that, you wont grow taller. If you are talking about general physical growth, a human being keeps growing his/her entire life. You can see subtle changes in your physique with passing time. If you mean mentally, you will again keep on expanding your horizons with each passing day. If you mean any specific part of your body, it is better to take medical advise.

Physical growth has limits. But mental growth has no limits. When a person acquire more and more knowledge and experience, he/she grows. A person in this life can acquire the entire knowledge of the universe and he would be the most grown. Old people says that the person who is aged by knowledge is equal to old aged. Real growth is the growth in acquiring immeasureable knowledge about God - the one who knows everything and able to perform everything.
