As a medical intern I would recommend seeing an eye doctor. The symptoms that you have listed are not enough to make a diagnosis. A physical exam must be undertaen as weel.
It could be something as simple as a migraine headache, cluster headache or something more serious.

Go to an eye doctor quickly and get some drops for your eyes otherwise it will go worse. I dont think it is due to a vitamin deficiency.

Right eye means bad luck while left eye means good luck.

it could be an infection, go consult a doctor early, i have a friend who have the same problem and lucky she consult a doctor early so avoid more serious problem later.
