A quote from your own question: “one jot or one tittle shall no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."
Jesus did fulfill the whole Law Covenant! So as your own scripture indicated the time had come for it to become obsolete.
(Bible is Darby)
Here is a quote from a reference:
“However, the Law covenant became in a sense "obsolete" when God announced by means of the prophet Jeremiah that there would be a new covenant. (Jer 31:31-34; Heb 8:13) In 33 C.E. the Law covenant was canceled on the basis of Christ's death on the torture stake (Col 2:14,”having effaced the handwriting in ordinances which stood out against us, which was contrary to us, he has taken it also out of the way, having nailed it to the cross;), the new covenant replacing it.-Heb 7:12; 9:15; Ac 2:1-4.
Heb 7:12, “For, the priesthood being changed, there takes place of necessity a change of law also”
Heb 8:13 In that he says New, he has made the first old; but that which grows old and aged is near disappearing.
It disappeared forever when the Jewish family registers were destroyed by the Romans in the year 70CE.
Since then the priesthood has not functioned and the Law Covenant is not being practiced!
If it is tell me where the temple is and show me the genealogy of the priests serving there!

It is true that some feel the law covenant is still in place. Does the Bible say anything about this? Under inspiration, the apostle Paul says, at Colossians 2:13-15 and Ephesians 2:15, that the Mosaic law covenant, which consisted of some 613 statutes and regulations, is no longer in effect. What about Jesus' words at Matthew? They are certainly applicable. Jesus fulfilled the law. He did not destroy it, no. He fulfilled it. That is why Paul could say at Colossians 2:14 that God nailed the law to the torture stake.
The Mosaic law covenant, however, was never obligatory for Gentiles, not even when they became Christians.
As for the covenant of circumcision, it was between Abraham and his seed, and God. John the Baptist and Jesus were circumcised because they were Jewish descendants of Abraham and also because it was incorporated into the law covenant. No wonder Paul said, at Galatians 5:2, that if you become circumcised, Christ will be of no benefit to you. Moreover, he continued: "I bear witness again to every man getting circumcised that he is under obligation to perform the WHOLE law." All 613 statutes. That includes all the sacrifices, daily, monthly and yearly, observance of all the Sabbaths (not just the seventh day), the Passover, the slaughtering of the Passover lamb, and so on.
Paul went on to say concerning those who were insisting that the law covenant was still in force: ". . . You are parted from Christ whoever you are . . . " Surely we do not want to be parted from Christ, do we?

Jesus was baptised and observed the Lord's supper. In the book of Acts, the disciple observations of baptism and Lord's supper was emphasised more heavily NOT circumcision. The Old Testament need a lamb to be offered by Jesus is the Lamb of God in the NT. Shadow and types has passed away.

You by pass the part about when the apostles are sent to the gentiles. You speak of the law that was given to the Hebrews we are not Hebrew. We benefit from the law but we are not of the law but of grace as Christ was the fulfillment of the law and the purchase price of man.
Under grace we each follow all of the teaching that we can.Under law the Hebrew forgot God and worshiped the Law.

1 Jesus came to fulfill the scriptures and be crucified for the redemption of men. Till all be fulfilled, means that Jews will keep their law, and us ours. Jesus is really teaching us to avoid false teachers, who would pervert the law as given.
2- Read Romans 4. You are mistaken.

Jesus is saying that all of the Old Testament Laws He has fulfilled for us, all of the requirements and laws are done for us.
That includes the Circumcisions, and the Blood sacrifices.
This makes it unnecessary for us to do so for He has done it all for us.

I had my sons circumcised because in America (most) women think an uncircumcised penis is unclean ans disgusting. It was not a religious choice.
I also had it done while they were knocked out because I wanted them to have as little pain as possible.

Paul speaks a lot about circumcision, and it is hard to tell if his comments are to be taken literally or figuratively. The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH’s method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.
Churchianity is a pagan religion. The only thing that will change a person is the indwelling savior Yahoshua. Obviously that is rare in this sinful world.

The Catholic Church teaches 100 % of Jesus' teaching.
Those who follow 100% of Jesus' teaching are the saints.
