No,a little patience can do,do it for the gud times u shared,it woud be unfare of u to remind him of the break up every birthady that he celebrates.do it after,send him a card on his birthday,spend time with him if u wish but dont break up,No,No

If you're confused, it won't hurt to wait till he's had his birthday. Don't go over the top with gifts and a good time but be nice. Then when it's past, have a talk about what's bothering you in the relationship. Do it gently if you can.

just put urself in his place.how would you react if some1 else would do this with you on your birthday.that would b the most bad birthday you evre have had in your life.an advice wait until his birthday is over n then you do whatever you want.but you told me that you have had many reasons to leave but don't you see that he is doing the utmost good to keep u as happy as possible.just have patience,he offered you a wonderful gift.this shows how much he really cares 4u.dont take any decision in haste.think well babes or you may regret that your whole life.....frm sonu

if you are really having problems with your relationship i woul try to work it out by talking to him first before you break up with him. if your cant work out your problems and it seems you relationship if crumbling then i would do it sooner than later.
