I assume you're speaking of life without a loving and passionate partner?

I'm living such a life and I can tell you that it is far from being dull and meaningless. One can find passion in life in other things. One can find love from many sources. Sure there are times when life gets lonely, but it is never dull. Peaceful, yes - at times.

I'm not in love but I still have plenty of passion for the things I love and the way I live my life.

Needing a relationship to make your life interesting is so lame. You need to be able to enjoy life independently and you should be able to enjoy your own company (if you don't, who will?)

I love being single, I love my life, I love my friends and it is so far from being dull or meaningless.

There's nothing duller or more meaningless than staying in a dead relationship out of habit or out of fear of being alone. That's a passionless existence.

I think whether or not you have love & passion in your life, it will never quite be peaceful. Life is a wild ride, and I think for the most part, you cannot avoid love, passion, and the drama that comes with it sometimes. Once you find someone you really care about and love being with, you'll find that love is not just a monotonous routine. Also passion can apply to many things, not just romantic feelings. You need to be passionate things about your life in order to be happy - for example, people passionate about their careers or a certain cause are the ones who often have the drive and motivation to make it the farthest

In short: Life without love is unimaginable and unavoidable. Whether it's love with your family & friends or the passion you feel with someone when you're falling in love with them.

I've never been without Love. Whether it's from a partner, children or extended family and friends, most of us have love in our lives in some way. I think everyone is passionate about something, even if it's not a person.....Finding love and passion in the same place is great, but it's not a must for a meaningful or content life.

I find it peaceful most of the time, dull and meaningless sometimes. Usually at night. But there is absolutely no stress.

source is energy and energy is source. there is no two entity available for discussion. even telling they are inseparable is false because there is no more than one available. Adding passion as any credible value to love is not sensible at all. passion is false. compassion is true. in truth passion does not exist as elementary at all. and neither it effects completeness of love in any way. only until the love is not purified, and the three internal marriages in the body is not complete people see passion in any relation with love. love is unmanifested manifestation, and even Sakthi ( energy is not passion. and energy in purest form is love ). hence such perception is possible, only until the three marriages between the internal three pairs : Muladhara & Swadisthana, Manipura and Anhata, Vishuddi and Agna. these three pairs has to be married. and the words are not of me, but of Devi herself and shiva himself. passion has to be transformed into compassion and finally merges into consciousness. lust is meaningless, and love is utterly beautiful. When a kaula is asked to be the great worshiper of women, the meaning is too deep and needs these three essential marriages and push of the three great knots. -- Deito Harirnama Harirnama Harirnama Kevalam.
